Product Updates - 10th February 2025

In this latest Rise-X EOP platform release, we are introducing several enhancements and fixes to improve user experience and system performance. Key updates include optimised charting for aggregated data and enhanced interaction with DIANA AI for smoother query management. Additionally, we have streamlined the handling of filterable options, and provided more flexibility in Dashboard configurations.

Reduce error with mandatory fields in collapsed sections

Be confident that all mandatory fields are completed. The system now ensures mandatory fields are seamlessly validated in collapsed sections, enhancing data accuracy and a more reliable user experience. (16144)

More flexibility in tracking completed Work Items in customisable Kanban board

To give you more flexibility tracking completed Work Items, we are now handling more work statuses that can be integrated into the customed Kanban board view, ensuring a more comprehensive workflow management experience. (16062)

Clearer guidance when access is restricted

Confidently roll back edits whilst keeping your Assets intact

Easily revert changes in the Rise-X Builder without affecting your existing Assets, ensuring smooth editing experience. (16168)

Faster issue resolution with enhanced logging

We have added additional logging to help quickly identify and fix issues related to users progressing a Work Item. This will make it easier to pinpoint areas that requires improvement, ensuring a smooter user experience on the Rise-X EOP Platform. (16152)

Equal access for all Ecosystem Orchestrators

We have refined the handling of invited Ecosystem Orchestrators who may be from different Organisations/domains, guaranteeing that all Orchestrators are granted the same level of access to carry out their tasks within the Ecosystem. This ensure a consistent and seamless experience. (16150)

Enhanced blockchain error handling for greater reliability

We have introduced additional improvements to the blockchain error handling, ensuring that errors are managed more effectively, providing a smoother and reliable experience. (16155)

Reliable publishing of configuration updates in Rise-X Builder

Configuration updates in Rise-X Builder are now published with enhanced reliability, ensuring that all expected Assets consistently render in the table at all times. (16149)

Fixed data referencing in emails

System configured emails referencing data from the Work Item will now consistently include the relevant information, ensuring reliable and seamless communication at all times. (16068)

Improved reporting capabilities in Dashboard Builder

The capability to configure report data in Dashboards have been implemented to the dashboard builder, giving users the flexibility to customise their dashboards with all the necessary properties to address business challenges and unique requirements. (16140)

Resolved filter result synchronisation in Asset Search component

An issue has been resolved to ensure that the filtered results in an Asset Search component are promptly updated whenever the fields they depend on for filtering are changed, providing a smoother and more responsive search experience. (16169)

Fixed validation pill alignment in Table component

We have resolved a bug with the placement of the validation pill in the Table component, ensuring it is always correctly aligned in the expected position for a more consistent user experience. (16159)

Smarter query management with DIANA AI

The interaction with DIANA AI has been improved to ensure that after a successful query, the user’s input is cleared, while retaining the query in case of an error that requires re-prompting, providing a smoother and more intuitive experience. (16159)

Visualising Top 10 charting in dashboards with aggregated data source

A bug has been solved to ensure that datasets from the aggregated data source can now be accurately plotted in bar charts, displaying the top 10 items, sorted from the largest to the smallest. This aims to provide a clear and clean data visualisation of the dataset. (16175)

Removing limit on Work Items that can be rendered in the Workboard

We have removed the need to set a filterable date range since lazy loading has been implemented across the Rise-X EOP Platform, which has improved the loading speed of Work boards. (16145)

Persistent table customisations for resizing and reordering

An issue has been fixed to ensure that any changes made to the Table component, such as resizing or reordering columns, are now maintained reliably, providing a more personalised and consistent user experience. (16151)
