We are pleased to present another release to the Rise-X EOP product, consisting of enhancements to the Number-Input component and many bug fixes across environments! Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to your valuable feedback as we strive to make our product even better with each release.

🪄 Feature Updates

Number-Input enhancements

The Number-Input component now includes a customisable decimal point configuration option. Users can now specify the number of decimal places they require, up to a maximum of 4 decimal places. This feature enables users to work with more accurate and granular numerical data, catering to a wide range of use cases. (10421)

To configure this, navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab in the Number-input component, and select the number of decimals from the drop down list in the Decimals field.

NoCode Bug Fixes

User interface improvements:

We have fixed several user interface issues with the Table component and the Global Add Button to ensure they align with the overall design guidelines and improve the overall aesthetics of our interface. (10959, 10639)

Configuration panel fixes:

A bug where the configuration panel did not show the expected contents when switching between components has been resolved. (10995)

NoCode builder preview feature:

Custom data entered in the data grid is now available for preview in the workflow builder. (10994)

Permission fixes:

We have addressed a permission-related issue on the platform, where Workflow Owner was not the Work Item Owner by default. (10816)

Support Requests workflow:

We have enabled the ability for you to contact our support team to ask for assistance when using the platform. You can do so by:

Submitting your enquires through the Support panel available in all environments, and then access your request through the ‘Support Requests’ workflow.

Track the status of your request and communicate with our Support Team through the Work Item that is created automatically in the ‘Support Requests’ workflow when you submit a support request.

Other Bug Fixes

Landscape photo viewer:

We have added the functionality to view attachments horizontally on a mobile device. This allows for better visibility and enhances navigation across files uploaded in the attachment component. (10600)

Table component fixes:

Reordering of columns: we have fixed an issue where users were not able to reorder the columns. This update will allow for greater customisation and organisation of data, to meet the specific needs of different users. (11084)
Error when adding rows: a bug where an error message appears intermittently when user is editing columns and rows in the table has been resolved. (10980)
Inputting ‘0’ value: an issue where the ‘0’ value is not recognised in the first instance is now fixed. (11140)
Overall performance: we have optimised the stability and rendering performance of the table component in the repeated sections to provide a seamless user experience. (10005)

Comments component: We have fixed the issue where the Save button did not update in real-time when changes were made. This fix will allow users to save their changes reliably. (11133)

Date picker component:

A bug where the status message was not automatically triggered has been resolved. (11032)

Comments feature fixes:

We have revisited the functionalities in the comments feature available in Work Items to avoid confusions. (10442)

⭐ Tips:

Type @ to see a drop down list of users who you can tag to gain their attention. Note: List of users will be limited to those who have view or edit access to the particular Work Item.
You can click to select the user, or press ‘Enter’ or ‘Tab’ on your keyboard to achieve the same result.
To post the comment, click on the ‘Send’ button on the bottom right of the comments panel

Work status:

We have resolved an issue to make sure that the work status is updated in a timely manner, without requiring refresh. (10960)

Assets:

An issue where error occurs when user clicks on the title of an Asset has been fixed. (11081)

Use of brackets in Sections:

We have identified an issue with regards to using special characters when renaming Sections. To address this, we have added clear error messages to notify and prevent users from using brackets when renaming sections. (10966)

API (v3.12.8+35) - Updated to fix issue where deleted comments caused an exception on export. (11221)
