Product Updates - 22nd August 2024

In this release, we are introducing the new People feature to enhance user management and visibility across the platform. In addition to this update, we have implemented several key improvements, including expandable rows in tables, and a side panel view in dashboards, all aimed at refining your workflow and enriching your user experience on the Rise-X EOP platform.

Manage users in your Ecosystem

We are excited to unveil a highly anticipated feature that will elevate your user management capabilities. The new People tab, positioned at the top centre of your interface alongside Work, Performance and Asset tabs, offers a streamlined method to view and manage users within your Ecosystem.

This dedicated People page provides an organised overview of user information, including full names, email addresses and their affiliated companies. For users with the Ecosystem Orchestrator role, there is an added benefit - the ability to customise the People layout, to capture additional business-specific information. This flexibility ensures that People page not only meet your current needs but also adapts to future requirements, enhancing overall efficiency and user management within your Ecosystem. (14888)

🪄 Feature Updates

Switch to expandable rows in Tables for a clutter-free layout

Say goodbye to long horizontal scrolling by replacing table columns with the expandable table rows! This improved feature allows you to customise additional fields to display within each row, without cluttering the main view, or stretching the table horizontally to fit all the necessary data.

You can also configure key details to remain visible in the collapsed row view, ensuring that critical information is always accessible at a glance, enhancing data navigation and management. (14919)

Maximise your productivity with our new side panel interface within dashboards. This user-friendly feature, previously exclusive to Workflows, is now available for dashboards too.

Manage, view, and drill down on data within Work Items seamlessly without the hassle of switching tabs to view individual work items. Turn on the side-panel in your dashboards today to enjoy a more cohesive workflow, allowing you to stay focused and handle all tasks in one unified view! (14943)

Supporting arrays as default values

In order to provide greater flexibility and accomodate to a wider range of scenarios and use cases, we have enhanced our components to support arrays as default values. (14886)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Logos now display correctly in emails

We have resolved an issue that caused Ecosystem logos to appear as broken images in the system-generated email notifications. Customised logos for your Ecosystem will now render correctly. (14965)

Always stay updated with the latest changes

A bug has been resolved to ensure that changes now sync reliably between online and offline modes, so you will always have the latest updates on the platform at all times. (14818)
