Product Updates - 24th May 2023

We are delighted to present another release for our RISE-X EOP product! This update brings a range of significant improvements to features, aiming to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. In this release, we focused on asset improvements, added functionalities to several different existing features and addressing bug fixes. Continue reading to find out more!

🪄 Feature Updates

Asset improvements

• Additional functionalities have been introduced for asset management. You can now access a number of features to manage asset types through the ellipsis on the top right corner of the asset type card.

Functionalities:

1. Managing the asset type, which involves renaming and assigning asset owners,
2. Create duplicates of the asset type,
3. View the version history of this asset type,
4. Delete.

• We have added the right-click functionality to asset cards as a convenient shortcut for you to perform your tasks more efficiently, saving time and effort.

Enhancements for video chat function

A flip image button has been added to the bottom toolbar of the video chat feature. This allows you to adjust your camera feed to meet your specific needs easily.

Added functionality in Properties panel

You can now easily reset all modifications you have made to the default settings in the Properties panel by clicking on the ‘Reset to Default’ button.

Table component advancements

Statistical calculations such as the mean, mode and median can now be calculated on numerical data within the table component. This advancement aims to provide you with the abilities for a more efficient and intuitive data interpretation process.

Performance table enhancements

We have further enhanced the responsiveness and usability of reporting tables. These enhancements include:

• Making sure that the order of columns in the table are synchronised with the order shown in the Properties panel.
• Support for rich text and non-text data in reporting columns

Account Panel Design Refresh

We’ve redesigned the account setting interface to provide a cleaner layout and improve readability.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Representation of dates in performance table

We have fixed the issue where null values were reported as “invalid” in the performance table. Moving forward, null values will be displayed as “- - -”.

Saving issues with the table component

An issue where the data grid was not saving the latest data has been resolved.

Fixed error message

We’ve improved error handling process when a system timeout occurs.

Height alignments for work cards

All work cards displayed in the dashboards have been fixed to a specific dimension, enhancing the visual representation of the platform.

Resolved missing icons

We have resolved an issue where user icons were missing from the toolbar when multiple users were accessing a work item at the same time.
