Product Updates - 7th March 2024

In this latest release, we are excited to share a dynamic new feature - Related Work Panel. This is customisable, and can be configured in Workflows to render the associated Work Items. Furthermore, we have made further enhancements to exisiting features, including the integration of statuses displaying in the Related Work Search component, and expanded the capabilities for executing various activities during CSV imports. Alongside these improvements, numerous bug fixes have been successfully addressed for a smoother and more reliable user experience.

🆕 New Feature

Related work Panel

We have introduced a Related Work tab in the left panel in Work Items, designed to showcase Work Items associated with the current one. This new feature not only enhances traceability and transparency, but also allows users to seamlessly navigate between related Work Items efficiently. (15414. 12930. 12851, 12852)

Execute activities on CSV Import

We have broadened the capabilities of the configured activities, involving the option to trigger specific actions when a user imports a CSV. This enhancement extends the range of automated actions on the platform, providing the opportunities for a variety of functionalities. (14690, 12828)

Enabling the display of Work status in Work Related Component

The Work Related Component now includes the ability to render the status of the Work Items in the dropdown menu. This enriches user experience by providing useful information, enabling them to make more informed decisions when selecting the required Work Item. (15627, 12925, 12926)

Validation improvements

We have further enhanced the abilities of the validations that can be configured on the platform:

• Check against status of Work Items: Validations will now be triggered to display for both in progress and completed work items. (12918)
• Supporting string format: We have added the ability to configure validation rules for components based on the boolean validation property that is in a string format. (12870)

Decimal computations

Improvements have been implemented in the calculations of date fields, facilitating a higher accuracy and reliable results. (15623, 12915, 12907)

Tooltip for Attachment-grid component

The Attachment-grid component are now configurable to display a tooltip next to the title. This provides the flexibility to configure a brief and insightful description, offering additional details for a more informative user experience. (15154, 12871)

Usability of date-picker

We have revised the functionality of the date-picker component aiming to provide a better user experience. When user solely selects a time in the component, and then closes the menu, the date will default to ensure the value is saved. This mitigates the chances of the chosen time value from not being saved, in the case where the user clicks out of the menu without selecting a date. (15262, 12874)

Layout refresh and data update improvements

We have enhanced the refresh and data update mechanisms in the layout, ensuring a more seamless and improved user experience. (15430, 12802, 12804, 12872, 12761)

UI enhancements

We have further improved the components and empty states of pages, to present the platform in a visually pleasing manner. This also aims to consistently align with the established design standards. (14918, 14947, 12790, 12810, 12808, 12811)

Added work item status column for NoCode workflows

We have enabled the ability to render the statuses of Work Items in the table view. This provides users with the flexibilities to filter and view Work Items based on its statuses. (14942, 12829)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Single sign-on fix

We have resolved an issue with the single sing-on method on the platform, ensuring accurate creation and login of users with their registered names. (14965, 12817)

Triggering of validations

An issue where validations configured for mandatory fields did not trigger when a task has been skipped has been successfully addressed. (15534, 12842)

Fix relationship and ACL publishing

A bug has been fixed to ensure that when new entities are created, the user roles and permissions are established accurately. (12885, 12904, 12830)

Importing Assets in NoCode

We have successfully addressed an issue to ensure that Assets can be created by importing a CSV file. (15421, 12893)

Fix AI Workflow creation

We have resolved a bug to ensure users can seamlessly create Workflows through the AI feature on the platform without encountering any errors. (15422, 12900)

Locked Task fixes

We have successfully addressed an issue to ensure that a locked Task is exclusively visible only to the predefined user roles. (15358, 12939)

Filter by Flow name

A bug where users were not able to filter by the Flow name of a work item has been fixed. (15591, 12899)

Related work panel drawer

We have addressed an issue to ensure that the side panel view of a related Work Item is always only in read-only mode, ensuring data integrity. (15497, 12822)

Ecosystem loading sequence

An issue where the unexpected Ecosystem colour and logo renders when the browser is loading a specific configured Ecosystem has been fixed. (15098, 12801)

Asset button

We have resolved an issue to prevent the update button in an Asset from unexpectedly failing to render in the UI. (15549, 12853)

Ecosystem Owner list

A bug that caused the invited plan owner to receive the inaccurate role has been been resolved. (15240, 12788, 12914)

Inviting Workflow Owners

We have fixed a bug to ensure that users are invited with accurate permissions to a Workflow through the prompted modal that appears after Workflow creation. This fix guarantees that the invited user(s) receives the appropriate permissions and email notifications as intended. (15423, 12905)

Display of units in work grid

We have resolved an issue where the numbers in a table were displaying incorrect units. This correction ensures that users can view data with accurate representations enhancing reliability of the information presented on the platform. (15062, 12800)
