Faster Filtering for High-Volume Workboards

We've upgraded the platform's filtering system to use a streamlined materialised view, significantly improving performance on large datasets, especially for high-traffic areas. Even with thousands of work items, filters now return results in seconds. (25186)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Improved email logo display and sizing

Support emails were displaying large logos in some email clients, especially on desktop apps like Outlook, making the actual message content difficult to view. Logos are now properly constrained in size, improving readability and ensuring a smoother experience across all ecosystems. (25217)

Clearer footer links in support emails

Footer links in support emails are now easier to read, especially for Outlook on Windows users. Previously, the links appeared squished together with no spacing, but we've updated the layout to ensure a cleaner, more readable presentation across all email clients. (25223)

Better results when filtering for blanks

Filtering by “Blank” in reports now works as expected. You’ll only see items where the field is actually empty, helping you find the right data without any confusion. (25586)

Performance View Links Now Open Anywhere

Email links to Performance layouts now open correctly, no matter where they’re accessed from. This ensures shared links always take you to the right view, making it easier to navigate directly from email without errors or broken access. (25665)

Fixed error when publishing flows without feature flags

Flows without feature flags can now be published without error, improving platform stability and resulting in fewer interruptions during publishing. (25696)

Fix for incorrect user in “Created by” column

The “Created by” column in the asset table now correctly shows the user who originally created the asset, instead of defaulting to the current viewer. (25754)

Improved speed when editing values in datagrid

Performance has been improved when editing multiple values in a datagrid with many rows. Previously, changes would trigger unnecessary re-renders across unrelated cells, causing noticeable lag. (26089)

Smoother setup for new ecosystem workflows

Users can now edit new workflows in freshly created ecosystems without running into save errors. This improves reliability when setting up and configuring workflows in new environments. (26096)

Email links to shared work items now work correctly

Shared work item emails now contain the correct link, allowing users to access the item directly from their inbox. This fixes a previous issue where email links were invalid and didn’t lead to the expected work item. (26130)

Consistent item totals across workflow views

Item counts shown on the workflow card, Kanban view, and table view now match correctly. This ensures users see a clear and consistent overview of work in progress and completed items. (26131)

Fixed error when deleting assets

Users can now successfully delete assets again. An issue that previously prevented deletion and caused an error message has been resolved. (26172)

Faster filtering by created date in Data Explorer

We’ve significantly improved performance when filtering by Created date in Data Explorer. Previously, these filters could take over a minute to return results. They now respond just as quickly as other filters, helping you find the data you need without delays. (26220)
