Product Updates - 18th September 2025
This release delivers Time and Materials Component improvements and user management capabilities, along with a comprehensive set of fixes to improve platform stability and user experience across workflows, email templates, and data handling.
🪄 Feature Updates
Time and Materials Component Enhancement
Enhanced functionality to include improved calendar display showing rate type before amount, decimal precision (2 decimal places) in calendar views, and streamlined service management. Users can now filter services per view, automatically clear table rows when options change, and access improved service creation with the new "+ Create" functionality.
The component also provides better visibility into pricing differences between timesheets, making it easier to track and compare costs across different time periods and service types. (26991)
User merge capability between companies
Added administrative functionality to merge users from one company to another. This feature supports organizational restructuring and account consolidation needs, allowing seamless user transitions while preserving work history and permissions. The merge process maintains data integrity and ensures continuity of access for affected users. (26967)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Fixed "Wrap Text" functionality in work grids
The wrap text option in work grids now functions correctly. Previously, selecting "Wrap Text" from the manage columns panel had no effect on content display. Text content in grid cells now properly wraps as expected, improving readability for longer field values and ensuring consistent table formatting. (26960)
Resolved UI unresponsiveness after screenshot capture
Fixed performance issues that caused the UI to become unresponsive when taking multiple screenshots from the attachments-grid component. The spinner that appears during screenshot capture now completes in a reasonable time, and repeated screenshot actions no longer compound to create system slowdowns. (26600)
Improved attachment ordering stability
Attachments in workflows now maintain their original upload order unless manually rearranged by users. Previously, updating attachment properties (such as toggling print settings or adding annotations) would cause attachments to reorder unexpectedly. The system now preserves the intended sequence, making it easier to work with large numbers of images while cross-referencing with reports. (26389)
Enhanced email template rendering
HTML tags no longer display incorrectly in email template comment boxes. The email rendering system now properly processes HTML markup, ensuring clean presentation of formatted content in all email clients. This fix improves the professional appearance of automated communications and ensures consistent formatting across different viewing environments. (26546)
Faster asset and workflow owner list loading
Asset Owner and Flow Owner lists now populate correctly on initial load across all ecosystems. Previously, some users in these roles weren't displayed until after manual refresh or additional interactions. The loading mechanism has been optimized to ensure complete and immediate visibility of all authorized personnel. (26607)
Improved system performance and responsiveness
Addressed system-wide performance issues that were causing slower response times across the platform. Backend optimizations and resource management improvements have been implemented to ensure consistently responsive user interactions, particularly during peak usage periods. (26985)
Consistent asset permission enforcement
Users without edit permissions now see properly locked, read-only views for all assets. Previously, users could modify asset details in the interface even without proper permissions, though these changes weren't saved. The system now prevents unauthorized editing attempts and clearly indicates read-only status to avoid confusion. (25703)
