🪄 Feature Updates

Subscription-based workflow visibility controls

Organisations can now manage which workflows are visible to users based on their subscription level. This provides better control over content access and ensures users see only the workflows relevant to their subscription plan, reducing clutter and improving focus on available functionality. Users with API access can query and configure these visibility settings, making it easier to manage workflow access as your organisation's needs change. (26012)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fixed default filter persistence

Your default filters now stay put when you adjust other filters. Previously, changing one filter would cause other default filters to disappear. Filters now remain stable throughout your session, providing a more predictable filtering experience. (27020)

Restored saved filter visibility

Saved filters now appear correctly when you return to your workboards. The platform properly remembers your filter preferences from previous sessions, so your workspace remains organised the way you set it up, and you can pick up right where you left off. (27163)

Fixed report image display

Screenshots and images you upload through the thumbnail view now appear correctly in your generated reports. We discovered these images weren't making it into the final report output even though the upload was successful. The system now handles all thumbnail uploads properly, ensuring your reports include all visual content as expected. (27082)

Resolved user information access permissions

We’ve fixed an issue where fetching user information would fail with permission errors, even for company administrators. Authorised users can now retrieve user information without encountering false permission blocks. (27107)

Restored builder and work item access

Addressed a permissions issue that caused some users to lose access to ‘start work’ functionality and expected use of the workflow builder. The system now maintains proper access rights consistently across environments, ensuring uninterrupted workflow access. (27249)

Time and Materials Component decimal precision restored

The time and materials component now properly applies decimal configuration for custom services. Previously, custom service entries weren't respecting the configured decimal places, leading to inconsistent number formatting. The decimal separator has also been made configurable for formatting for multiple locales. All service types now follow your configured decimal settings for accurate financial tracking. (27388)

Resolved NoCode asset data persistence

There was an issue where new NoCode asset types weren't saving data properly when edited. You can now create and modify NoCode asset configurations with confidence that your changes will be saved. (27430)

Fixed task permission assignment in multi-action workflows

Resolved an issue where users invited to roles with edit access were incorrectly receiving viewer permissions in tasks with multiple action sets. The system now correctly identifies the active action set to determine appropriate permissions, and this fix prevents permissions from reverting to viewer access after manual adjustments. (26516)
