The home page is a personalised landing page for all users of the platform that provides quick access to information that’s important to them

Invite modal

• The invite modal can be accessed by clicking on the “Invite” button on the top right of the home page
• The invite modal enables you to invite colleagues from your company or partners from other organisations to collaborate effortlessly within your ecosystem
• By entering their email in the field in the modal, they’ll receive an invitation to view the ecosystem
• No particular access is granted upon invitation
• You can grant the ability to start new work items to an entire company by navigating to Settings > Ecosystem Details > Plans
• Alternatively you can grant the ability to edit workflows, dashboards, or asset types by navigating to Manage workflow/dashboard/asset type > Owners under the respective ellipsis options

Home widgets

1. Recently Viewed

The Recently Viewed widget offers quick access to the last 30 work items, assets, or dashboards you've interacted with. This list is available across different sessions and browsers, ensuring you never lose track of important work, no matter where you log in from.

Key Features:

• Displays the last 30 items you’ve viewed, allowing for fast navigation.
• Includes work items, assets, and dashboards.
• Accessible across sessions and devices.

2. Upcoming Actions

The Upcoming Actions widget provides a quick view of work items where you are the editor of an active task. It helps you stay on top of your to-do list and makes sure you are aware of items that require immediate attention.

Key Features:

• Displays tasks where you are an editor of currently active tasks.
• Helps you stay organized and prioritize critical actions.

3. Pinned Items

The Pinned Items widget lets you pin important work items, assets, or performance dashboards to your homepage, so you can access them easily at any time. You can pin items from across your entire organization using the context menu.

Pinning Options:

• Work: Pin individual work items or entire workflows for easy access.
• Assets: Pin individual assets or entire asset types, making it easier to find the resources you need.
• Performance: Pin dashboards to quickly access performance metrics and analysis.

To pin an item:

1. Navigate to the work item, asset, or dashboard you want to pin.
2. Open the context menu (three dots) and select the Pin to Home option.

4. Performance

The Performance widget allows users to quickly pin individual widgets from existing performance dashboards. You can customize your homepage with the most relevant performance metrics you need.

Key Features:

• Use the Customize button to choose which dashboards to pin widgets from.
• Select individual widgets from the available dashboards, customizing your homepage layout.

5. Learn More

The Learn More widget is exclusive to Ecosystem Orchestrators and provides helpful links, resources, and best practices for building and managing your organization's workflow and performance ecosystem.

Key Features:

• Contains links to tutorials, guides, and other educational resources.
• Available only to Ecosystem Orchestrators.
