Logging in

You can login via email (single sign-on) or via an email account.

Single sign-on

Microsoft & Google single sign-on

1. Navigate to the Rise-X login screen.
2. Click “Continue with Microsoft” or “Continue with Google”.

Follow the prompts

Logging in with an account

1. Navigate to Rise-X login screen.
2. Enter email address and click “Continue”.
3. Enter password and click “Login”.

Creating an account

1. Navigate to the Rise-X login screen
2. Click on “Create an account”
3. Complete the new account form and click “register”. Note passwords must have:
• At least 1 number.
• At least special character.
• At least 1 uppercase letter.
• At least 8 characters.
4. Verify your email address by clicking the “verify your account” link. Be sure to check your spam or junk email folder.

Resetting password

1. Navigate to the Rise-X login screen
2. Enter email address and click “Continue”
3. Click “Forgot password?”
4. Click on “Send a link”
5. Click on the “Reset Password” link in the email. Doing so will send you to the Reset password page, where you can enter a new password and click “Continue” to set the password.
