Introduction to the Home Page 🏡

The Home Page in Rise-X is a personalised hub that provides quick access to key information. Features include Recently Viewed items, an Upcoming Actions list for active tasks, Pinned Items for easy access, Performance Widgets for tracking key metrics, and a Learn More section (for Ecosystem Orchestrators) with tutorials and best practices.

How to Use the Home Page 💪

A. Recently Viewed Section

• Displays the last 30 items you’ve viewed, including work items, assets, and dashboards.
• Accessible across sessions and devices, ensuring you never lose track of important work.

B. Upcoming Actions Section

• Shows tasks where you are the editor of currently active tasks.
• Helps you prioritise and stay on top of your to-do list.

C. Pinned Items Section

• Pin important work items, assets, or dashboards to your Home Page for quick access.
• How to Pin an Item:
1. Navigate to the item (workflow, work item, asset type, asset, or dashboard) you want to pin.
2. Open the ellipsis menu and select ”Pin to Home”.
• How to Unpin an Item:
• Either
• Go to the Pinned Items widget on your Home Page and click the Unpin icon next to the item you want to remove.
• Or, go back to the item and open the ellipsis menu and select the “Unpin from Home” option

D. Performance Section

• This section only shows after you have an advanced dashboard set up.
• Pin individual widgets (like graphs or metric cards) from existing performance dashboards to your Home Page.
• How to Customise:
1. Click the Customise button in the Performance widget.
2. Select dashboards and widgets to display on your Home Page.

E. Learn More Section

• This section only shows if you have ecosystem orchestrator permission.
• Provides links to tutorials, guides, and best practices for managing workflows and ecosystems.

Inviting Users to Your Ecosystem ✉️

A. Using the Invite Modal

1. Click the ”Invite” button on the top-right corner of the Home Page.
2. Enter the email addresses of colleagues or partners you want to invite.
3. Click Send Invitation.

• Note: Invitations grant access to view the ecosystem but do not provide specific permissions. To grant additional access (e.g. starting work items or editing workflows), navigate to Settings > Ecosystem Details > Plans or manage permissions under the respective ellipsis options for workflows, dashboards, or asset types.
