Product Updates - 10th July 2023

We are excited to announce the latest release to our product, consisting of significant performance improvements, optimisations of various aspects of the system and many bug fixes. We hope that these enhancements will significantly improve your overall productivity and experience with the Rise-X EOP product.

🪄 Feature Updates

Improved Activity Log

We’ve made a number of improvements to the activity log in work, including better handling of bulk data updates.

Number field Configuration

Number fields can now be customised to display a preferred number of decimal points or to limit the number of decimals that can be entered. This enhancement will cater to a wider range of requirements and allows for greater accuracy in the representation of numerical data.

Contextual Search

For new environments we’ve made some improvements to the user search field to return results of users you’ve previously collaborated with.

Import and Export Improvements

We’ve made a number of updates to the work import and export functionality. The work export process is now 20 times faster than before, and the import functionality now has improved error handling.

External Integration Enhancements

We’ve improved the error message handling in the external integration activity to provide more informative messages and handle different scenarios.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fixes in Performance grid

We have resolved several bugs in the Data Explorer table. This includes:

Improving the handling of deleted work items, including making sure that the Flow Name of a deleted work item displays the correct information.
Fixing a filtering flaw for values derived from the Toggle field.

Fixes in work items

We were able to identify and fix issues encountered in work items, including:

Fixing an issue where users faced an error when trying to edit and save a submitted task.
Fixing an issue where the status colour for deleted work items did not update to the expected colour code.
Resolving an issue where the number field did not recognise the digit ‘0’ as a valid value.
Adding unsubscribe header to email to reduce the likelihood that they are marked as spam.

Fixes in new EOP Environments

This release includes a number of fixes for when creating new EOP environments, including:

Updating the way assets are named to ensure they are unique across environments.
Changing the way workflows are named and created via ChatGPT to fix a permission error.
