Product Updates - 11th July 2024
The latest release includes a number of key enhancements to the Rise-X EOP including dynamic timezones for the datepicker component, an Ecosystem Service account with read-only access to all work items, advanced asset search filters, and customizable asset properties in search results.
🪄 Feature Updates
Dynamic timezones for datepicker component
We’ve enhanced our datepicker component so the timezone of the input and display can now be driven by another field in the workflow. This allows for more dynamic workflows that can be used in different regions across the globe, where specific timezone inputs other than the users timezone are required. (14587)
Ecosystem Service Account
This release includes an enhancement to the ecosystem permission model, to allow for an Ecosystem Service account to be configured. The ecosystem service account will have read-only access to all work items created within that ecosystem. This helps ecosystem orchestrators manage, report and automate on what’s occurring in their ecosystem. (14484)
Advanced Asset Search Filters
The asset search component has been enhanced to allow for more advanced filters to be applied. Workflow builders are now able to specify multiple advanced filters to be applied when a user searches for an asset, including filters that reference data within the workflow. (14515)
Datapath as default value in attachment grid
We’ve enhanced the attachment grid component to now allow default values for attachment data to be set dynamically by data in the workflow. This allows for more dynamic and customisable attachment data across all workflows. (14587)
Customisable asset properties in search results
The asset search component has been enhanced to allow for specific asset properties to be displayed in the second line of the asset search results. This allows users to more quickly find and select the correct asset in their work item. (14520)
