We are excited to announce the latest release on the Rise-X EOP platform, featuring an addition that allows the submission of Asset data to Work Items, boosted the search field’s performance, broadened the range of mathematical formulas available for dashboards, and resolved multiple bugs to enhance your user experience.
🆕 New Feature
Submit Asset data to Work Items
A new feature has been introduced on the platform, enabling updates made in an Asset to be updated to the associated Work Items. This ensures that the most recent data modifications in an Asset are mirrored in the corresponding Work Items. (13346)

Enhance External search field
We have enhanced the loading speed of search fields that query the external API, ensuring that requests are sent more efficiently. (13482)
Secondary Action improvements
Further improvements have been made to the secondary action button feature to make triggering activities more reliable. (13366)
Dashboard calculations
We have improved the capabilities of the mathematical formulas within dashboards, expanding the range of calculations that can be configured for more comprehensive reporting. This aims to meet a broader range of requirements, offering increased versatility. (13119)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Display of users in panel
We have fixed an issue to ensure that the share panel within Work Items will always show a complete list of users associated to the Work Item at all times. (13536)
Asset Types empty array
An issue where the Asset Types were not rendering in the Assets tab has been resolved. (13046)
Skeleton loader in Assets
We have introduced a skeleton loader when loading Assets to provide users with a visual representation indicating that the page is in the process of loading, improving the overall user experience. (13323)
Incorrect navigation from Assets table
We have successfully addressed an issue to ensure that Assets are displayed correctly when users switch from a Kanban card view to a table view. (13493)
Cancel filters request
We’ve resolved an issue where changing the filter selection while the initial data was loading would not cancel the initial request. (13137)
Removing Quick Filter does not refresh
We’ve resolved an issue where deleting a quick filter would not trigger a refresh of the data shown on the dashboard or work board view. (13664)
