In this latest release on the Rise-X EOP platform, we are introducing the ability to configure external data sources for an Asset Search field and expanding the validation rules for the date picker component ensuring accurate and meaningful data inputs. Furthermore, we have implemented modals to enhance user awareness and prevent conflicts, improved the readability of exported files and fixed several bugs to ensure a smoother and more reliable platform.

🪄 Feature Updates

External datasources for the Asset Search component

We’ve added the ability to configure an external datasource to the Asset Search component. This allows ecosystems to easily connect to relevant reference data directly into the search component of a workflow. (11183)

Date picker validation rules

We’ve updated the validation rules on the date picker component to support “before today”, “before or equal to today”, “after today” and “after or equal to today”. This ensures accurate and meaningful date selections, resulting in better data quality. (11210)

Limit co-editing of workflow

Currently our Workflow builder does not support co-editing, so we’ve added a modal to prevent two users from trying to edit at the same time. Users will now be alerted and prevented from attempting to simultaneously edit a Workflow. (11121)

Confirm change modal

We’ve added the ability to configure a confirmation modal on individual components to prevent unwanted changes on specific fields in a Workflow. (11114)

Improve readability of export files names

We’ve updated the file name that’s used when exporting data from a performance view to make it easier to find your files later. The file name now uses the name of the page you’re currently on. (11189)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Duplicate data grid rows

We’ve fixed an issue where adding a new row to a data grid could result in duplicate rows being added. (11174)

Asset related work grid query results

We’ve resolved an issue where the related work grid in asset layout did not return the correct number of work items. (11128)
