Unlock greater user permissions control (Advanced)
For advanced users of the platform we have introduced new features to improve the management and transparency of user permissions, facilitating accurate assignment of the necessary permissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow on the platform.
In this release, you will be able to use an endpoint to gain access to this information. The capabilities that have been released and ready to be explored are:
Visibility on user permissions: We have introduced the capability to see the roles and permissions assigned to each user. This will help you to understand what actions each user can perform, and what information they can access within the Ecosystem. For example, if a user has been provided with a Workflow Owner access, they will have higher access levels, enabling them to make changes to Workflows. (17178)
Assignment of user company: Now, you will also have the capability to reassign the company a user is assigned to. On the Rise-X EOP platform, company is similar to an organisation that the user should belong to. Now, you can ensure that users are assigned to the correct company, giving them access to the appropriate data available the organisation. (17181)
