Product Updates - 27th June 2024

In this latest release, we have introduced enhancements to the Asset selection component and improved the activity filter to retain search text for more efficient navigation. Additionally, we have also resolved issues including the accurate application of asset search filters, reliable date updates and validation rules for tasks and preventing unnecessary token refreshes when user is actively using the platform.

🪄 Feature Updates

Asset selection component enhancement

We have upgraded the Asset selection component to enhance user experience by enabling it to display the entire list of products upon clicking into the field, without needing to start typing for results. This feature is configurable, aiming to simplify the selection process, making it quicker and more intuitive for end users. (14506)

Persistent search text

We have enhanced the activity filter to retain the search text even after user selects a work item. This prevents the need to re-enter the search term, allowing for a smoother navigation without losing the search.

Advanced automated event-triggered calculations in work items

The calculation functionality has been improved to allow configured mathematical formulas to be automatically triggered when a work item is opened. The results of the calculations are then saved directly to the work item, supporting transparent data management and further data analysis. (14532)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Filters on Asset search

We have resolved an issue to ensure that the asset search filter accurately applies and returns the expected search results at all times. (14501)

Silent token refresh

We have fixed a bug to ensure that users will not be prompted to sign in again due to unnecessary token refreshes during active sessions, providing an uninterrupted access to the platform. (17086)

Validation bug fix

The platform now correctly triggers validations for required fields with missing information, preventing incomplete tasks and improving data integrity. (14476)

Saving dates in dashboard

An issue where dates were not saved accurately due to a null pointer exception rising during the pipeline processing has been fixed to enhance reliability. (14491)

Deleting rows in Assets

We have fixed a bug with deleting row items in an Asset to ensure that data that is deleted no longer reappear. (14505)
