Exciting news in our latest Rise-X EOP platform release! Ecosystem Owners can now customise Asset layouts using the Asset Type builder, and meet DIANA AI - your personal assistant dedicated to boost your productivity on the platform. Additionally, we have fine-tuned the overall platform performance by improving the data-saving processes, added the ability to resend emails, upgraded the filtering feature and focused on numerous other optimisations to elevate the overall platform performance.

🆕 New Features
Asset Type Builder
Exciting news! Our latest update allows Rise-X EOP users with the ability to customise layouts for Asset Types through with the drag-and-drop functionality, similar to building a Workflow. This enhancement complements the exisiting ability to import CSV files and configure field types through a modal.
Specifically designed for Ecosystem Owners, this functionality not only allows for dynamic layout customisation, but also allows users to configure default data in specific fields during the layout-building process. With this, Assets created within the Asset Type will automatically include the default data in the specific fields, ensuring both efficiency and precision in data management.
Additionally, Ecosystem Owners who are building their Asset Type can also save their layout drafts and return to them later without losing any customised data. This flexibility aims to provide an uninterrupted process for users to build and refine their Asset Types as needed. (12315)
DIANA AI Actions
Introducing DIANA AI - your dedicated Rise-X EOP assistant, designed to enhance your overall experience on the platform. Accessible with a single click on the button available on the top right of the page, or conveniently through the keyboard shortcut, DIANA AI is here to assist you across a spectrum of tasks within the Ecosystem.
From creating Workflows and Assets, to efficiently filling in data for Work Items, and rapidly generating API tokens, DIANA AI is dedicated to simplify your processes. (12491)

🪄 Feature Updates
Performance improvements
We have made further improvements to the performance on the Rise-X EOP platform, by eliminating unnecessary steps and improving the data-saving processes and logic. (13585)
Managing Ecosystem Orchestrators
Ecosystem Orchestrators are users who have been invited by the Ecosystem Creator to participate in managing the Ecosystem. With the latest update, the Ecosystem Creator and Orchestrators will have the capability to remove other Orchestrators from the Ecosystems by clicking on the designated delete icon. (11386)
Active filter design
Active filters now stand out with the colour of the Ecosystem, providing a clear differentiation from filters without selected parameters. (11315, 11248)
Ability to resend emails
We have introduced the capability to trigger email resending after a Task has been submitted, offering flexibility beyond the initial Task submission-triggered email. (10808)
Quick Submit checking required fields
We have added the option to verify legacy required fields configuration with the quick submit feature. This ensures consistent activation of validations for mandatory fields, and confirms all necessary fields are filled in before Task submission. (11382)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Display of placeholder in attachment grid
We’ve resolved an issue to prevent the placeholders in an attachment grid to be displayed when the component is in view-mode. (11369)
Fix for timezone date picker
A bug causing an incorrect date to be returned for a timezone-enabled date picker has been fixed. (11277)
Issue with default Initiator
We have fixed an issue where the term “initiator” incorrectly appeared in a field that should default to the user who created the Work Item. (11303)
Saving order for data-grid
We have enhanced the data saving functionality for data grids that does not allow reordering. (11376)
