Product Updates - 23rd January 2026 (v3.65)
This release focuses on builder usability and workflow reliability, with targeted improvements to the visual editing experience and key fixes for workflow execution. We've expanded dynamic naming capabilities for workflows, resolved a recurring cycle issue in delivery confirmations, and made several improvements to the builder interface and data handling.
🪄 Feature Updates
Workflow completed names now support data path references
Workflow completed names can now resolve values using direct data path references in addition to standard tokens. When configuring the completed name of a workflow, you can now reference fields from related data directly, giving you greater flexibility in how workflow instances are labelled at completion. This makes it easier to generate meaningful, context-aware names without manual input. (28828)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Duplicate cycle in delivery confirmation task resolved
Fixed an issue where completing a delivery confirmation task would trigger a duplicate cycle within the related workflow. Workflows using delivery confirmation steps now complete cleanly, without generating unintended duplicate entries. (7731)
Advanced editor auto-selects newly created items
Items added in the advanced editor are now automatically selected immediately after creation. This restores the expected behaviour and removes the need to manually locate and click a newly added component before configuring it. (28022)
Builder options and column editors updated to match design
The options and column editors in the builder have been updated to align with the current design standards. The sub-editor header now correctly displays the editor title, list item validation has been improved to handle empty values and touch state accurately, and a redundant property editor in the number column field has been removed for a cleaner experience. (28699)
Section identifiers now unique after cloning
Sections now generate unique identifiers even when a workflow or asset is cloned. Previously, cloned sections could inherit duplicate IDs from the original, which caused issues when retrieving data. (28764)
Real-time connection reliability improved
An internal issue with the platform's real-time connection layer has been resolved, improving the stability and reliability of live updates across the platform. (28021)
