Product Updates – 12th March 2025

In this latest Rise-X EOP Platform release, we’re introducing a range of enhancements that make the platform more intuitive, responsive, and easier to configure. Highlights include smarter asset import options, dynamic field behaviour, refreshed email templates, and targeted performance improvements.

🪄 Feature Updates

Smarter asset creation via CSV import

Make importing data more intelligent and seamless. When uploading CSV files in the Asset Builder, the system now automatically detects column content and suggests suitable field types, helping you quickly assign the right property types for cleaner, better-structured data. (19763)

Auto-fill user in People Search fields

You can now configure People Search fields to default to the currently logged-in user, making workflow initiation faster and reducing manual input. (20008)

Consistent and modern email templates

All workflow-generated emails now use a refreshed and consistent template, designed to enhance readability and provide a recognisable, trusted look for messages sent from the platform. (19543)

Fine-tuned asset field control for better performance

Improve speed and clarity when copying data from large assets. You can now configure Asset Search fields to return only essential data (like id and displayName), avoiding unnecessary bloat and delivering a faster, more stable experience—especially with larger objects like ports. (21497)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Improvements to the Related Work table

A number of improvements and fixes have been made to the related work table in assets, including fixing cursor visibility, new tab behaviour and grouping by workflow. (21125)

Improvements to table cell display with long text

Table columns now automatically handle long text with truncation and tooltips, improving readability when columns are resized. (20987)

Fixed unexpected validation errors

Resolved an issue where incorrectly validation warnings were shown for some users. (22053)

Corrected data source behaviour in Advanced Editor

Fixed a bug where the "Work" data source wasn’t being properly set in the Advanced Editor. (21345)

Reliable multi-select handling in Asset fields

Switching an Asset field from single-select to multi-select now behaves as expected and updates correctly. (21640)

Prevent layout resets on publish

Grid layout settings (e.g., column order) now persist correctly after publishing layout changes, ensuring changes are not unexpectedly removed. (21691)

Correct email roles on asset invite

The subject line in asset invite emails now correctly reflects the user’s assigned role, not just “Asset Owner.” (16283)

CLI-uploaded entities now searchable

We have fixed an issue where entities uploaded via CLI were not searchable due to missing EntityType or resourceId values. (21717)

Fixed blank pills for unselected asset components

Asset components with no selection no longer display an empty pill in tables. (22185)

Toggle fields now correctly store default values

We’ve resolved an issue with default values in toggle components. Default values (true/false) are now saved automatically, even if not explicitly configured. (19768)

Datapaths preserved when editing components

Datapaths no longer auto-update when a component label is changed in the Builder, preventing unwanted changes to manually configured paths. (20582)

Default data now consistently visible in the NoCode editor

We have fixed an issue where default data configured in the NoCode side panel would disappear after editing the component in the Advanced Editor. (20585)

Dashboard Editor no longer resets configurations

Dashboard properties like data sources and default filters are now retained correctly each time you edit, ensuring reliable dashboard behaviour. (21095)
