Product Updates - 13th June 2025 (v3.52)
This update includes several improvements to make building and managing workflows more efficient. Interface behaviours are more consistent, asset imports are more intuitive, and real-time updates now appear where expected.
We’ve also resolved a range of bugs to ensure a smoother day-to-day experience across the platform.
🪄 Feature Updates
Press enter to add options in No-Code Builder
When building a select field in the No-Code Builder, you can now just press Enter to add a new option; no need to click to add each option manually. As long as the current option has some text, the system will automatically create a new input and move your cursor to it. (20770)
Open in new tab now available for People panel
You can now open a person’s profile in a new tab from the side panel, just like you can for assets and workflows. This makes it easier to explore details without losing your place. (24786)
Smarter CSV imports for asset types
You can now upload assets via CSV with more control. The platform now checks if the asset type already exists and gives you two clear options before continuing: add to the existing asset type or create a new one. If you choose to create a new asset type, the system suggests a unique name, or lets you enter your own.
When you're importing directly from an asset type view, the system understands the context and skips the name check, helping you quickly expand your asset list. (22780)
Scroll behaviour fixed while renaming steps
Previously, when you clicked to rename a step, task, or section in the workflow builder, the auto-scroll would pull you away and deselect the input, interrupting your typing. That’s now fixed, so the builder will still scroll to the relevant part, but you’ll stay focused in the field so you can type without disruption. (25019)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Accurate statuses for work items
Some work item statuses were showing the wrong labels, often using a task name instead of a clear status. This has been fixed.
You can now set custom status labels for actions, giving you more control over how progress is shown in your workflows. This makes it easier for users to understand what stage a work item is really in. (22737)
Workflow deletion now works as expected
Previously, some workflows would reappear after being deleted, even though the delete action seemed to go through. This has now been fixed. When you delete a workflow, it will stay deleted as expected, even after refreshing the page. (24025)
Report font size now stays consistent after edits
We fixed a bug where the font size in reports would suddenly appear much larger after editing a work item, but only until the page was refreshed. Now, reports keep their correct styling no matter when you open them or update the data. (24135)
Export dialog now closes after download
After exporting data from a dashboard, the export dialog would remain open even though the export completed successfully. This has now been fixed, and the dialog will automatically close once the file has been downloaded. (24314)
Referred asset panel now opens in full-screen view
We fixed an issue where clicking on an asset tag inside another asset’s details wouldn’t open the related panel when in full-screen view. It now works as expected—whether you're in full view or side peek, clicking a referred asset will open its details. (24786)
Real-time asset updates in Kanban and Side Peek
Previously, when creating or editing an asset, changes wouldn’t appear in the Kanban view or asset panel until you manually refreshed the page. This was especially noticeable when using Side Peek.
We’ve fixed this so that new assets and updates now appear right away, no more refresh needed. (24922)
Kanban views restored—no more missing columns
In some cases, work items weren’t appearing in certain Kanban board columns. This was due to an error in the background that stopped the system from loading those items correctly.
We’ve fixed the problem by improving how we check feature settings behind the scenes. All columns should now load and display work items as expected. (25324)
Side Peek auto-opens after creating asset
When users created a new asset, the side peek panel, which should open automatically to show the asset’s layout, wasn’t appearing. This means users had to manually open the asset to start entering details.
We’ve fixed the issue so the side peek now opens right after asset creation, letting you jump straight into editing. (25431)
