In this latest Rise-X EOP platform release, we are excited to announce the capability to customise email templates, giving you the freedom to express your creativity and strengthen your brand. We have also enhanced existing features, including the ability to effortlessly cleanup your Work board with automated deletion of related Work Items, smarter date filtering with a wider range of customisable options, and various performance and usability improves. 🆕 New Feature

Build your custom email templates

Enjoy greater flexibility and creativity with your email campaigns! You are no longer constrained to a single email template, as we have added the ability for you to create your own custom HTML email templates.

After uploading these templates into your Ecosystem, you can seamlessly reference the link in the specific activities where they are needed to be sent, using the Advanced Editor in the Rise-X Builder. (15938, 15947)

Effortless cleanup with automated deletion of related Work Items

Keep your Workflow clean and efficient by eliminating unnecessary task with a single click. Now, you can automate the deletion of related Work Items when a primary Work Item is removed, saving you from repetitive manual actions and ensures no redundant items remain on the board. (15957)

Smarter date filtering for better data management

Gain greater flexibility in managing your dashboard data with more granular date filter controls. Our newly introduced capabilities in the date picker will let you customise the number of months displaying in the calendar drop down, set a minimum gap for date range filters, and control whether future dates can be selected - ensuring filters align with your unique business needs. Improve Workflow continuity with placeholder users

Streamline your user management with the ability to create placeholder users directly in the People search fields. These placeholder users can be invited to Assets and Workflows, assigned tasks, and receive emails just like any other user. Once the actual user registers on the platform with the same email address, the system automatically matches them with their placeholder account, guaranteeing seamless access and continuity in your processes. Control Work Item fetching to maximise system efficiency

You can now set a default limit on the number of Work Items fetched in a single request at the Ecosystem level, minimising the impact on memory and CPU. The current maximum is at 2500 items per request, ensuring a more efficient system performance. (16022)

Quick and easy data review without page refresh

Benefit from immediate access to your Work data in the table view today. We have resolved an issue to ensure that reportable column displays data instantly without the need for a page refresh. (15955)

Resolved toolbar visibility issue

We have resolved an issue where the toolbar was not displaying correctly in the side panel for Work Items. Now, users can have a consistent experience when interacting with a Work Item, whether in the side panel or full view. (15995)

Experience faster load times for Workflows

We have resolved the slow loading issue in Workflows, enhancing performance and boosting speed on the Rise-X EOP platform. (15966)

Customised email now sent with sharing feature

A bug has been fixed to ensure that the email sent through the sharing functionality accurately reflects the customised email template, rather than the default version. (16032)

Accurate hover icon for improved user experience

In Dashboards, the cursor now displays the correct icon. when hovering over the performance tile, providing clearer and consistent visual feedback for interactions. (16024, 16025)

Error handling when importing Assets

You can now import Assets without errors, even if there are empty rows, as the system now handles these scenarios correctly. (15992)

Accurate filter display

An issue where a filter was showing in a date format instead of the expected configured data type has ben resolved to make sure that information is displayed accurately at all times. (16021)

Fixed click area and focus issues in Builder

We have fixed issues relating to the clickable areas and field focus to ensure a smoother user experience when building Workflows on the Rise-X EOP platform. (16014)

Ensured consistent Work Item versions

We have resolved an issue with the creation of Work Items to ensure that all new Work Items created will be of the same version, ensuring consistent configuration. (19766)
