This release makes the platform easier and smoother to use. You can now add tooltips to fields without code, reports print more reliably, and default values fill in automatically based on your setup. Table views remember your layout, filters work better, and everything feels faster and more polished.

Add field help text without writing code

You can now add helpful tooltips to form fields directly from the NoCode Builder, no Advanced Editor required. Just toggle the setting in the component’s general configuration, type your message, and an info icon will appear next to the field label. On hover, the tooltip displays your custom text, making forms more intuitive for users. (22686)

Cleanup: 'Feedback and support' removed from help menu

The ‘Feedback and Support’ link under the ? icon wasn’t working as intended, and rather than leaving it broken, we’ve removed it to keep things clean and clear. We’re exploring better ways to handle support in the future. (23479)

Smarter control for report attachments

Not all attachments are created equal. Now, you get more control over how they appear in printed reports. A newly added setting lets you choose between thumbnail or full-size images, so your printouts always look right, whether you're prioritizing clarity or speed. (23251)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Logos now show up in generated docs

Some logos and asset attachments were quietly going missing from generated documents due to overly strict timestamp filtering during sync.

We've made adjustments to ensure attachments are reliably included and everything you’ve added shows up exactly where it should. (23584)

Report printing restored for large work items

Reports packed with hundreds of high-resolution images were causing browsers to hang or crash, especially when printing. We’ve now optimised how these large assets are handled, so even the most media-heavy work items can be printed smoothly and reliably. (23218)

Expandable table rows render smoothly in builder

We’ve resolved an issue where expandable rows in DataGrid components weren’t displaying correctly in the Builder. These tables now render as expected, so you can confidently configure and preview expandable views without disruption. (23586)

No more missing data in daily dashboards

We’ve resolved an issue where reports were showing no results, even though relevant data existed. This fix ensures reports now return accurate results as expected, keeping your dashboards reliable and up to date. (23864)

Fixed: “End” button now updates instantly in No-Code builder

We’ve fixed an issue in the No-Code Builder where enabling the “End” button on a task would trigger an error and require a page refresh. (22287)

Placeholder fix for select components

We fixed a bug where placeholder text you added to a select field dropdown component didn’t actually appear in the form. Now, what you type into the placeholder box shows up as expected, making forms clearer and more intuitive to fill out. (22725)

Action panel now stays in sync

Switching between workflow actions? We’ve made sure your configuration panel keeps up. We’ve fixed a bug where the contextual panel would show settings from the previously selected action, leading to confusion and possible missteps. Now, when you select an action, the panel updates instantly. (23083)

Better work tracking with full timestamps

Tracking work just got more precise. The Created Date column now shows both date and time by default, making it easier to see exactly when work items were created, especially when multiple entries land on the same day. This change brings consistency to date-time formatting across the platform. (23238)

False error alerts on assets

We’ve resolved a bug that triggered a “Fail to update” alert when opening asset details from a work item. The error was misleading — asset data was loading correctly — but the alert is now gone for a smoother, clearer experience. (23232)

Column views stay put after updates

Your table setup should stay the way you left it. We’ve fixed an issue where customised column views in work tables would reset after publishing a new version of a workflow. Now, your column order and visibility settings persist, even as workflows evolve. (22929)

Clearer submit flow for asset updates

We’ve improved the update experience for assets — no more disappearing buttons or confusing spinners. Now, the asset form enters edit mode as soon as you make a change, and the Update button behaves as expected. (22953)

Easier navigation in side peek view

We’ve made it easier to pick up where you left off. When opening a work item in the Side Peek panel, the view now automatically scrolls to the active task, just like it does in the full Work page. Keep your focus exactly where it needs to be, no more manual searching or guessing. (23594)

No more jumping in the advanced editor

We’ve smoothed out a frustrating experience where the advanced editor would scroll you to the bottom of the page if you paused too long while typing.

You’ll now stay right where you are, giving you time to think, select, or type without disruption. (23698)

Default values now apply correctly when starting work

We’ve resolved an issue where default fields weren’t populating as expected when creating a new work item, and some validation errors appeared incorrectly. Default values now apply reliably, and validation behaves as intended. (23988)

No more gaps in your tables and boards

Some users noticed that work items weren’t showing up in certain table views or Kanban board columns, even though the item count was correct. With the fix, you’ll now see all expected items displayed properly, ensuring a complete and reliable view of your workflows. (23576)

Reliable filtering for date fields

Filtering by date just got back on track. A bug was preventing date fields from returning results in table views, even when valid data existed. That’s now fixed, so your date filters will reliably surface the right work items every time. (23640)

Attachments with the same filename now overwrite correctly

No more surprises when replacing a file. Previously, uploading a new attachment with the same filename would still display the original due to caching, even after deletion. We've now added versioning to attachment URLs, ensuring your updated files always appear correctly in preview mode.

Scoped people workflow editing

We’ve fixed a critical permissions issue where ecosystem orchestrators could unintentionally edit the People workflow for all ecosystems. Now, orchestrators can only modify workflows within their own ecosystem, not global system flows. (23790)
