This release focuses on platform stability and workflow reliability, with significant improvements to the Builder, asset management, and AI capabilities. We've enhanced how workflows and assets work together, improved attachment handling, and made data management more consistent across the platform.

Enhanced Asset search with dropdown behavior

Asset search components now default to dropdown behavior, showing all available items upfront rather than requiring you to type to search. When you click into an asset search field, you'll see the full list immediately, making selection faster and more intuitive.

For workflows with large asset lists, a new property lets you control how many items appear initially, with smooth scrolling to load more as needed. This update also extends to People search components, ensuring consistent behavior across the platform. (26908)

Dropdown components show display names only

Dropdown components now show cleaner, single-line entries with just the display name visible. Previously, dropdown options displayed both the name and metadata on separate lines, making selections harder to scan. This update simplifies the interface, so you now see only the name you need, with full details still available when required. (27536)

Data Pipeline Support for Dynamic Dates

Data pipelines can now calculate dates dynamically based on the current date. When using the Add Days function, you can now reference "today" and add or subtract days automatically. This makes it easier to set due dates, schedule tasks, or create time-based automation without manual date entry. (28374)

Clean AI Chat History

You can now manage your AI chat history with new options to delete conversations and organize multiple concurrent chats. The AI chat interface includes tab-based navigation and auto-archiving of older chats, helping you keep your workspace organized while maintaining access to past conversations when needed. (28145)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Workflow renaming now saves correctly

Changes made through the 'manage workflow' settings now save properly. Previously, workflow title updates would appear temporarily but revert after refreshing the page. (28202)

Quick submit configuration now accessible

The quick submit feature configuration is now accessible as expected, allowing you to customize submission behavior for workflows. (28282)

Error starting work items resolved

Fixed an error that occurred when starting new work items in certain workflows, ensuring smooth workflow initiation. (28471)

Comments component restored in Builder

The comments component is now available in the Builder component list, allowing you to add comment functionality to workflows and forms. (28416)

Asset naming works in new Asset Types

Users can now name assets when creating them from newly published Asset Types. This fundamental capability now works correctly from the first asset creation. (28340)

Asset import updates now apply to draft versions

When importing updates to existing assets, the system now correctly updates the current draft version rather than creating a separate version. (26901)

Asset loading no longer limited to 30 items

Asset search fields now load all available assets instead of being restricted to 30 items. A new property allows manual control over record limits when needed, but the default behavior now displays the full asset list. (28157)

Table line items now save correctly in Assets

Adding new line items to asset tables now saves on the first attempt. Previously, line items would disappear after the first update and only persist on the second attempt. (28326)

Empty dashboard columns resolved

Dashboard tables now display data correctly in all columns, resolving an issue where certain columns appeared empty despite containing data. (28169)

People columns creation restored

Users can now create people columns in tables as expected. This capability is fully functional again for all table configurations. (28359)

Home page performance tables render correctly

The performance area on home pages now renders data grid tables without errors, ensuring dashboard views display complete information. (28349)

Attachment deletion scoped correctly

Removing an attachment now only deletes the file from the specific attachment component rather than clearing all attachments across all folders in the workflow. (28365)

Table filters now persist correctly

Setting filters in table view no longer causes them to flash briefly and disappear. Filters can now be updated and deleted as expected. (28190)

Work editing restored with product filters

Users can now edit work items when using product name filters in side peek view, resolving a restriction that previously blocked editing in this scenario. (28276)

Layout displays after work submission

After submitting work items, the layout now displays correctly without showing loading spinners for each step. (28151)

Publishing flow errors resolved

The system no longer generates "Failed to Publish Flow" errors when updating workflows, ensuring reliable workflow publishing across all configurations. (28196)

Browser tab title corrected

The browser tab title now displays ecosystem-specific information rather than generic "Powered by Rise-X EOP" text, providing clearer context when working with multiple tabs. (28465)

User registration with uppercase passwords fixed

User registration now processes successfully regardless of password case formatting, removing an unexpected restriction on all-uppercase passwords. (28385)
