Product Updates - 18th July 2025
This Rise-X update brings improvements to single-file downloads, making it quicker to access and share documents. We've also fixed issues with toggles, sign-ins, and Workboard refreshes to keep things running smoothly day to day.
🪄 Feature Updates
Download Single Files Without Zipping
When downloading documents from the table, single files are now downloaded directly instead of being zipped. This makes it easier to open and print them, especially on Android tablets where unzipping can be tricky.
This update improves the document-handling experience for all users. Behind the scenes, compression still applies where it’s needed, but for quick downloads, everything’s simpler. (25774)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Conditional locking restored for toggles
Toggle groups in tables now correctly apply the ‘Read Only’ setting. Previously, toggles remained editable even when configured to lock. (25902)
Sign-in via app.rise-x.io Works Again
Users can now successfully log in when accessing the platform via app.rise-x.io. A configuration issue in the identity client previously blocked post-login redirects and showed an “invalid request” error. The correct URLs have been restored, and login now works as expected. (25743)
Smarter Refresh Logic for Workboards
Workboards no longer refresh when unrelated work items are edited. Previously, if you had access to multiple boards, editing an item in one could cause unnecessary reloads in another. Updates are now limited to just the relevant board, keeping your view stable and performance smoother. (25775)
