• Repeater sections: Configure your Workflows to include repeater sections, enabling Assets to display in multiple sections within a Work Item, saving you time whilst guaranteeing data accuracy by sourcing the data from a single consistent source.
• Role-Based access control: Enhance both security and operational efficiency by automating the delegations of view or edit permissions to the appropriate individuals on the submission of a Task.
• Dynamic conditional tasks: Transform your Workflow to be more adaptive and versatile by customising its Task to appear conditionally based on the criteria you specify. Whether you are managing varied scenarios or streamlining processes, this feature ensures your Workflow works exactly how you need them to.
• Automated condition triggers: Allow your Workflow to progress seamlessly without manual intervention by setting conditions that automatically triggers a set of activities once met. This will save you time and keeping your processes moving efficiently.

Keep your data current with smart date filters

Stay on top of the latest and most relevant data in your Workflow or Dashboard view. With date filters set to a relative option such as Today, Yesterday or This week… your view will automatically update to reflect the current timeframe whenever you navigate to the page, ensuring you are always working with up-to-date information. Flow origin ID to relationships

The unique origin ID of a Workflow will now be saved in the relationship of the related Work Item, providing flexibility for multiple use cases. This ID can be used for purposes such as identification, tracking, reporting, and streamlining cross-workflow interactions. By having this consistent reference point, you can easily trace and manage Work Items, enhancing overall Workflow visibility. (15720)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Fixed Ecosystem Orchestrator Workflow editing access

We have fixed a bug to ensure that all Ecosystem Orchestrators how have the ability to edit Workflows even if they belong to different Companies within the Ecosystem. (15606)

Incorrect Validation Error Messages

An issue where validation error messages appeared despite valid data being entered in the work item has been resolved.

Unique URL for Work Items Opened in the Side Panel

We’ve fixed a problem where the URL for side-panel items was incorrectly repeated when switching between work items. (15652)

Workflow duplication function works smoothly again

A bug preventing the duplication function from triggering in certain scenarios within a Workflow has been resolved.

Adding a step in Advanced Editor

An issue that caused users to not be able to add a new step for a Workflow through the Advanced Editor has been successfully resolved. (15706)

Improved blockchain error handling for reliably retries

We have enhanced our blockchain error handling to ensure that in an event of an error, the system will automatically and reliably retry, minimising disruptions and improving overall stability. (15400)

Calendar range preset fix

We have resolved an issue to guarantee that date pickers displays the accurate values at all times allowing you to select correct date ranges with confidence and ease. (15439)

People page rendering as a single layout

A bug on the People page that caused fields to display in a single column instead of its intended layout dimension has been addressed successfully ensuring a more organised and visually consistent experience. (15635)
