Now, DIANA AI can assist you with your Asset Type set ups in the Asset Builder, allowing you to upload images and documents - beyond just text - to generate Asset Types catered to your unique business needs. We have also streamlined the process of creating Asset Types directly within the Workflow Builder, so you can maintain your momentum in the Rise-X Workflow Builder. Additionally, we have simplified the default data path names in Workflows for better referencing and comprehension, making it easier to navigate and manage your projects. Several bug fixes have also been successfully tackled, spanning across permission fixes and reliable filtering services for aggregated reporting, giving you more accurate insights and supporting faster decision-making.

We have introduced the ability to configure the “Controlled Date Picker” directly within the No-Code Workflow Builder, a custom component that was previously unsupported in the builder. Now, easily integrate and customise it, unlocking more possibilities with your Workflows. (16223)

Fixed access and control for Workflow Orchestrators

We have made several fixes to improve permissions for Workflows and Assets, ensuring everyone involved has access to the necessary resources, streamlining collaboration and workflow management. (16198) These fixes include:

• Workflow Orchestrators: Invited Workflow Orchestrators are now consistently displayed in the Ecosystem Owner table, giving users clarity and seamless access to the Ecosystem.
• Asset Type Visibility: Asset Types are now fully visible to all Workflow Orchestrators, including both the Asset Type Owner and those who have been invited. This ensures everyone involved has access to the necessary resources

Reliable attachment uploads in Assets

We have resolved an issue where attachments uploaded in Assets were not saving properly, ensuring that all files are easily accessible and ready for use within the Assets. (16203)

Error-free Asset duplication and editing

You can now reliably duplicate and edit Assets without errors, ensuring greater efficiency and smoother workflows on the Rise-X EOP platform. (16199)

Accurate data in aggregated reports with filters

An issue causing inaccuracies in the queried data when filters were applied to search parameters in the aggregated reports has been fixed, ensuring a more accurate and reliable results. (16185)

Resolved field validation issues in Workflows

• Validation for date ranges: Freely select a start or end date without validation errors, as we have addressed a validation issue for date ranges that would trigger when the system has set a default date. (16192)
• Fields with default values: We have resolved the validation behaviour for fields with default values, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive interface, reducing confusion and keeping workflows uninterrupted. (16190)
