Product Updates – 20th March 2025

In this latest Rise-X EOP Platform release, we are excited to introduce a range of feature improvements focused on configurability, auditability, and usability across workflows, tables, and permissions.

🪄 Feature Updates

Table wrap settings in reporting views

We have enhanced table view options to improve readability. Users can now toggle between wrapped text for full content visibility and unwrapped text for a more compact, scannable layout. This added flexibility supports a variety of Workflows and display preferences, making it easier to explore data efficiently or dive into detailed content as needed. (22335)

Update to Start Multiple Work Activity to support multiple sources

Builders are now able to configure advanced start multiple work activities, where the source for each work item can come from nested arrays. The allows for complex scenarios, like creating a new work item for each location and product that are captured in separate tables. (22145)

Auditor access to work and asset permission history

Work auditors can now more easily inspect the full role and permission history of work items and assets, providing visibility into access levels over time. (20634)

🐞 Bug Fixes

Breadcrumb inconsistency between different view modes

Fixed breadcrumb mismatch between full-screen and side peek views. (22403)

Guest email links

Resolved an issue where guest invitation links were not accessible. (23517)

Support multiple users in CC field

The CC field now correctly allows configuration of multiple users. (22367)

Asset property default data issue with text components

Default data from one asset property can now be correctly displayed in a text component when linked via another asset search. (22224)

Filters and settings persist when switching ecosystems

Default filters, asset cards, and other saved UI objects are no longer reset when switching between ecosystems. (22078)

Status names change across unrelated actions

Fixed an issue where changing a status name on one action updated other statuses unintentionally. (21336)

Renaming an action resets destination parameters

Renaming an action no longer clears previously set destination parameters. (21335)

Consistent navigation between Panel Workflow and Layout views

Interaction behaviours like double-clicking and focus states are now consistent across Layout and Workflow views. (21267)

Section focus state added

Section components now support focused states for better clarity and navigation in the NoCode builder. (21261)

Builder layout matches workflow hierarchy

Improved layout alignment ensures the Builder now reflects the published workflow hierarchy for a unified experience. (20563)

Default value adds “=” when using datapaths

Resolved an issue where a leading "=" sign was incorrectly added when a datapath appeared mid-string in a default value. (21731)

Human-readable date formats

Dates are now shown in standard human-readable format (e.g., 2025-03-20 15:30:00) instead of raw ISO format. (22230)

View preference (table vs. card) is not stored

User-selected asset view mode (Table or Card) now persists between sessions and page refreshes. (21919)

403 error when invited users create work via asset

Invited users can now successfully create work items via the related work grid without encountering permission errors. (21519)

CSV upload: Date/Time fields display incorrectly in table

Date/Time fields now display correctly in the table view after CSV import, respecting formatting and data type settings. (21354)
