Product Updates - 23rd January 2026 (v3.64)
This release focuses on enhancing workflow management, AI capabilities, and asset handling. We've introduced significant improvements to user assignment visibility, integrated advanced AI technology, and resolved several issues affecting builder functionality and asset management.
🪄 Feature Updates
Enhanced User Assignment Visibility
Work items now display complete user assignment information with improved filtering and sorting capabilities. You can now see all users assigned to a work item at a glance and use these assignments to filter and organize your work views more effectively. This enhancement makes team coordination and workload visibility significantly easier. (28601)
Migration to OpenAI Agents SDK
Diana AI has been upgraded with the latest OpenAI Agents SDK, bringing enhanced reasoning capabilities and more sophisticated workflow assistance. This migration provides a stronger foundation for AI-powered features and enables more natural, context-aware interactions when building and configuring workflows. (28120)
Enhanced Builder Component Visual Feedback
The builder interface now provides improved visual feedback for empty component states. When components don't have content configured, the interface displays clearer guidance and better alignment, making it easier to understand what needs attention during workflow construction. (28552)
IFS Integration
Integration with IFS has been implemented for one of our customers, enabling seamless data exchange between Rise-X and IFS systems. This integration establishes a baseline to further streamline operations and ensures data consistency across customer tools. (23973)
🐞 Bug Fixes
Publish Data relationships now respects configuration
The publish data activity now correctly honours the "add relationships" configuration setting. Previously, the system would find and add related work items even when the configuration explicitly set this option to false. (28583)
Work sharing now respects ecosystem boundaries
The "To" field and Share Work functionality now correctly presents only users within the current ecosystem context. Previously, the field would display all EOP users regardless of ecosystem constraints, which could lead to confusion and inappropriate sharing. (26693)
Advanced editor item selection restored
Newly added items in the advanced editor are now automatically selected after creation. This restoration of expected behavior makes it easier to immediately configure new components without having to manually locate and select them. (28022)
Imported asset properties now appear in column management
Asset properties imported through bulk import operations are now correctly registered and available in the Manage Columns interface. Previously, these properties would import successfully but wouldn't appear as options for column display, requiring manual construction. (28082)
Asset editing now publishes reliably
Asset modifications now save and publish correctly on the first attempt. We've resolved an issue where some asset edits would require a second publish operation before the changes became visible, ensuring a more predictable editing experience. (28662)
Rules validation infrastructure updated
The underlying structure and validation logic for workflow rules has been updated to improve reliability and maintainability. These internal improvements provide a stronger foundation for rule configuration and execution. (28428)
