Product Updates - 4th November 2025

This Rise-X release focuses on stability improvements and bug fixes, addressing issues with workflow editing, data exports, audit logging, and user authentication.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Restored missing columns in CSV exports

The "Created By" and "Last Modified By" columns now appear in CSV exports. All user information is now included when you export data. (26654)

Improved sign-in feedback for invited users

When external users receive invitations but are already signed in with a different email address, they now get clearer guidance about using the correct email. This makes onboarding partners and clients smoother. (25766)

Enforced correct workflow step order

Users can no longer skip ahead to edit later workflow steps before completing earlier ones. This was causing data to vanish from certain sections. Steps now unlock in the proper sequence, preventing incomplete work and data issues. (27208)

Fixed excessive calculations in tables

Tables with totals or calculations were running constantly in the background instead of just once. This impacted performance. Calculations now run only when needed. (27548)

Removed error message when logging out

You'll no longer see an error flash on screen when you log out. The exit process is now clean and uninterrupted. (27611)

Signature invalidation now works for all users

Signatures are now properly invalidated when earlier steps change, regardless of your access level to review steps. This ensures proper audit trails for everyone. (27630)

Screen updates after completing workflow steps

The screen now refreshes automatically when you submit a workflow step, even if that step has no activities. You no longer need to manually refresh to see what's next. (27722)

Time changes now appear in audit logs

When you change just the time on a date field (without changing the date), that adjustment now shows up in the audit log. Previously only date changes were tracked. (27731)

Reportable fields now save correctly

When configuring which fields appear in reports, your selections now save properly. Previously, the list would shrink or show duplicates after editing workflows. All your reportable field settings now persist as expected. (27745)

Start work button visibility improvements

We’ve addressed an issue where the Start Work button, while not functional, still appeared even without an active subscription. (27722)
