Dashboard Permissions

• Only ecosystem orchestrators can create new ecosystem dashboards
• Any person in a company that has a company plan can create new private dashboards
• Dashboard permissions exist in a hierarchy where if you have a permission you also get the permission below it

Dashboard owner

• Can manage dashboard settings such as changing it’s type (ecosystem/private), name, and icon
• Can delete and duplicate the dashboard
• Automatically gets dashboard editor permission
• Can not be removed as dashboard editor by other dashboard editors
• Can add or remove dashboard owners

Dashboard creator

• Dashboard creators are the exact same as dashboard owners but they can not be removed by other dashboard owners

Dashboard editor

• Can edit the filters and columns and save these changes for all users
• Can add or remove dashboard editors

Dashboard viewer

• Can view the dashboard
• Note that this doesn’t give permission to view the work items in the dashboard
• They will have the same filters and columns set up but will only be able to see the work items that they already have access to
• Can add or remove dashboard viewers
