Company Plans

• The default company plan gives everyone in the company the ability to start new work items
• Advanced plans can be set up to only let them start work in particular workflows and to give access to particular assets
• The only way to set up an advanced plan currently is to contact the team
• The current way you give a company a plan is by inviting one of the people from that company to be the plan owner
• The plan owner gets no special permission
• It is just a way to manage company plans
• By doing this everyone in the company then gets the same permission from the plan
• Only ecosystem orchestrators can give or remove a plan from a company
• They can do this in settings > ecosystem details > plans
• Plans only give permission to one ecosystem

How are companies defined?

• If you have a business email domain then everyone who has the same email domain is in the same company automatically
• E.g. john@companyone.com and sarah@companyone.com are automatically in the same company (companyone) while steve@companytwo.com is automatically in companytwo
• If you want to have more than one email domain be in the same company please contact our team
• E.g. half your employees have the email domain @companyone-admin and the other half have @companyone-operations and you want them to be in the same company on Rise-X
