Creating a dashboard

📊

Currently you can only create a dashboard that has saved filters and columns. If you want to set up a dashboard that also has graphs and metrics please contact our team

  • All dashboards are created from the Data Explorer
  • You can get to the Data Explorer by clicking on the Performance tab

Setting up the filters and columns

  • Once there you can set the filters and columns you want on your new dashboard
  • When you are happy with the filters and columns you can click on the + Create New Dashboard button

  • You are then taken to a screen where you can set up the new dashboard’s details

  • You can now set up the dashboard icon, name, type and then publish
    • To find out more about dashboard types (ecosystem / private) see the page on our knowledge base
  • Note that unless you are not an ecosystem orchestrator you will not see the dashboard type selection and the dashboard you create will be private by default

Editing a dashboards

  • If you have dashboard editor or dashboard owner permission you can edit the default filters and columns on a dashboard
  • Once you have made any changes to the filters and columns of the dashboard the Update Dashboard button appears
  • Clicking this button updates the default filters and columns for everyone

  • If you have made changes to the filters or columns and you want to go back to the original then you can click on the Reset All button right next to it

Deleting a dashboard

To delete an dashboard, navigate to the performance tab and find the dashboard you want to delete. Click on the ellipsis and click on Delete in the popup.
