Work Permissions
- Only ecosystem orchestrators can create new workflows
- Only people in a company that has a company plan can start new work items
- Work permissions exist in a hierarchy where if you have a permission you also get the permission below it
Workflow level permissions
- Workflow level permission apply to the workflow and all work items that sit under it
Workflow owner
- Can set up workflows
- Automatically get work owner permission to all work items started by someone in their company
- Can not be removed as work owner by other work owners
- Can add or remove workflow owners
Workflow creator
- Workflow creators are the exact same as workflow owners but they can not be removed by other workflow owners
Work level permissions
- Work level permissions apply only to the particular work item
Work owner
- Can give themselves task editor permission for any task
- This included restricted tasks
- Can add or remove work owners
Work member
- Can view all unrestricted tasks
- Can add or remove work members
Task level permissions
- Task level permissions apply only to the particular task
Task editor
- Can edit the task
- Can add or remove task editors
Task viewer
- Can view the task
- Can add or remove task viewers
